"Pacheco enters 2025 as a tricky evaluation. He emerged as Kansas City's lead back in Week 10 of his rookie season (2022) and proceeded to average 17.6 touches, 86.0 yards, 0.6 TDs and 14.2 fantasy points per game over his next 32 outings, including the playoffs. A broken fibula suffered in Week 2 last season cost him nine games and he wasn't quite the same after that, averaging 8.8 touches and 4.2 fantasy points per game while rotating with Kareem Hunt and Samaje Perine. The 26-year-old has upside if he retakes clear lead-back duties, but that's far from certain with Hunt and Elijah Mitchell in the mix. There's some post-hype appeal here, but Pacheco should be viewed as a midround lottery ticket."

"Pacheco missed Week 3 through Week 12 last season due to a broken fibula and looked like a shadow of his usual self when back in action, averaging just 3.4 YPC across Kansas City's five remaining regular season games and three playoff contests. When healthy Pacheco is an explosive, physical ball carrier capable of overrunning would-be tacklers, as demonstrated by his 4.9 YPC and 4.6 YPC averages in 2022 and 2023. An offseason to return to full form should securely position Pacheco atop the Chiefs' running back depth chart, especially in the wake of the team's decision to forego early-round additions to the position in the 2025 NFL Draft. The Chiefs re-signed Kareem Hunt and added Elijah Mitchell in free agency, both to one-year deals, and added Brashard Smith in the seventh-round of April's draft, but all three backs seem more likely to push for complementary snaps than an actual committee if Pacheco can indeed return to 100 percent strength."

"Walker was a healthy scratch until making his NFL debut Week 7 against Tampa Bay. The highlight of his campaign was a 21-yard touchdown reception against the Giants for his first NFL catch in Week 15. The vast majority of Walker's work came on special teams, as he logged 153 snaps with that unit as opposed to 55 on offense. There is room for Walker to move up in the wideout pecking order in Baltimore, and he'll look to grow as an offensive contributor next season."

"Taken in the sixth round of the 2024 Draft as something of a developmental project, Flournoy didn't make his NFL debut until Week 5. The Southeast Missouri State product saw half of his 14 targets over the final three games while CeeDee Lamb (shoulder) was in the process of being shut down for the season, and Flournoy made a modest impact with a 6-58-0 line. He'll head into 2025 competing for depth snaps at WR with the likes of Jalen Brooks and Jonathan Mingo."

"Conklin signed with the Chargers after spending the first seven years of his career with the Vikings and Jets. The veteran tight end has finished top 10 among tight ends in pass routes each of the last four seasons, though that hasn't allowed much fantasy production. He finished either exactly 16th or 18th in fantasy points all four years and was in the 18th-to-23rd range on a per-game basis each year. Conklin has proven reliable (he's missed two games in his career) but he's not targeted quite enough, nor does he score enough touchdowns (11 in seven seasons) to allow starter-level production in fantasy. Conklin may lead the Chargers' TE room in targets, but with Will Dissly also in the mix, he's no more than a fringe TE2."

"Conklin joins Will Dissly atop Los Angeles' tight-end depth chart, after both players logged similarly productive 2024 campaigns. Dissly (50-481-2) suited up for 15 regular-season games with the Chargers last year, while Conklin (51-449-4) played all 17 regular-season contests with the Jets. Both tight ends boast enough versatility to contribute as solid blockers and pass catchers. That overlap could cause their individual production to decline from a fantasy perspective, but it's a plus for Justin Herbert and offensive coordinator Greg Roman."
