"The reigning No. 1 fantasy receiver, Chase outscored second-place Justin Jefferson by a massive 85.5 points. His career year included nine top-10 fantasy weeks (three more than any other receiver), as well as the most routes, targets, receptions, yards, touchdowns and end zone targets (17) in the league. "Guerendo, 24, is entering his second NFL season after playing a limited role off the bench for most of his rookie campaign. Granted, it was a small sample (99 touches), but the 2024 fourth-round pick was effective as both a rusher (5.0 YPC) and receiver (94% catch rate, 9.5 YPT). With Christian McCaffrey and Jordan Mason battling injuries, Guerendo played at least half the snaps in four games. In those weeks, he averaged 16.8 touches, 101.0 scrimmage yards and 17.9 fantasy points. The 49ers replaced Mason with Brian Robinson Jr. during the offseason, leaving Guerendo as a longshot to fantasy relevance. He'll only be worth adding should McCaffrey miss time and even then he may not be a starting option."
