"Mattison signed with the Dolphins after failing to lock down lead back duties in Minnesota in 2023 and Las Vegas last season. Mattison had a few solid outings in 2024 (four games with 15-plus fantasy points), but he was limited to a situational role most of the year, only clearing 11 touches five times. Mattison's yards per carry plummeted to an ugly 3.2 last season and, while he's capable as a rusher and receiver (30-plus catches two season in arow), he's yet to show he's anything more than a competent backup. "Hopkins buried a chip shot from 23 yards early in the second quarter before the game got away from the Browns, who were thinking only about touchdowns the rest of the way. The four points scored were the most for a Cleveland kicker since Week 12. After a very successful 2023 -- one that resulted in a three-year contract in the offseason -- Hopkins went the other way in 2024. "Evans is back for his age-32 campaign having now put up 1,000-plus receiving yards in 11 straight seasons to begin his career. The future Hall of Famer missed three games in 2024, but still scored double-digit touchdowns for the fourth time in five seasons. Incredibly, Evans has never finished a season worse than 23rd in fantasy points (26th in PPG). Age aside, there are some concerns here, as Evans was very boom/bust in 2024, having posted six top-10 fantasy outings (second most), while also falling short of 12 points in seven of his other eight games. He also benefited massively from Chris Godwin's season-ending injury, averaging 6.3 targets and 13.6 fantasy PPG with him, but 9.1 targets and 20.7 PPG without. Despite the concerns, Evans hasn't shown signs of slowing down and has a good QB in Baker Mayfield. He's a fringe fantasy WR2."

"Evans' restructured deal will allow Tampa Bay greater room to maneuver as the team continues to work through free agency and prepare for the 2025 NFL Draft. Coming off his 11th consecutive 1,000-yard season, and with teammate Chris Godwin (knee - ACL) having re-signed with the Buccaneers, Evans is primed to run things back with quarterback Baker Mayfield in a familiar -- and ideal -- situation. Evans will turn 32 less than a month before the 2025 regular season kicks off in what will be a contract year. He's yet to show any signs of slowing down and remains positioned as Mayfield's go-to receiving option, though former offensive coordinator Liam Cohen's departure to take on the Jaguars' head coaching position is notable. Replacing Cohen via the internal promotion of last year's pass-game coordinator, Josh Grizzard, still gives the Buccaneers' offense some amount of continuity at the coordinator spot."

"The 2024 season was a disappointment for the 49ers, but the good news is that Purdy still played at a high level. The 2022 seventh-round pick finished fifth in QBR and third in YPA after leading the league in both in 2023. Purdy missed two games and saw his passing TDs dip from 30 to 20, but he also took his rushing to a new level with career highs in carries, yards and TDs. By season's end, he was 10th among QBs in fantasy PPG, which was a slight dip from his eighth-place finish in 2023. Purdy has yet to finish a season better than 17th in pass attempts, but that could change in 2025 after several major defensive departures. With Kyle Shanahan calling the shots and a good supporting cast led by George Kittle, Christian McCaffrey and Trent Williams, Purdy is positioned well for another fringe-QB1 fantasy season."

"Purdy's new deal has been the largest domino waiting to fall of San Francisco's offseason, and the 2022 seventh-round pick now gains long-term commitment from the team via a contract that runs through 2030, and which includes $181 million in total guarantees. The 25-year-old is coming off a down season, having dipped essentially across the board in most passing metrics while throwing just 20 touchdowns, as opposed to the 31 passing scores he logged in 2023. San Francisco's offense as a whole tumbled in 2024, though, an outcome that can in no small part be blamed on injuries to Brandon Aiyuk (ACL) and Christian McCaffrey (knee). The 49ers also inked George Kittle to a four-year extension this offseason, a particularly notable signing given that the standout tight end may operate as Purdy's top pass catcher to kick off the 2025 season, considering Deebo Samuel has been traded to Washington and Aiyuk is still in the process of recovering. Still, with McCaffrey back in action, plus Jauan Jennings, Ricky Pearsall and Demarcus Robinson available to lead the wide-receiver room until Aiyuk is 100 percent, Purdy will have no shortage of offensive weapons at his disposal as he works to make the first year under his new deal a comeback season."
