"Knight played just one snap in Sunday's 40-20 loss to the Texans before exiting the contest with a left ankle sprain. While follow-up tests revealed no structural damage, his sprain is significant enough to sideline him for the final three games of the season. With Knight joining James Conner (foot) and Trey Benson (knee) on injured reserve, Arizona will be left with Michael Carter and Emari Demercado as its primary backfield options. Knight will be a restricted free agent this offseason after he gained 269 yards on 82 carries (3.3 YPC) and four touchdowns to go with 160 yards and another score on 22 catches over 12 appearances for Arizona."

"Charbonnet is entering his third NFL season and is expected to remain the primary backup to Kenneth Walker III. Charbonnet got some run as Seattle's lead back last season and showed well. In the six games Walker missed, he averaged 18.3 touches and 19.2 fantasy points per game. Despite the success, Charbonnet was the clear No. 2 the 11 weeks Walker played, averaging 6.1 touches (10 max) and 6.5 fantasy points (12.1 max). Charbonnet is a young (24), high-pedigree (second-round) back who has played well, so perhaps new OC Klint Kubiak will give him more run. It is best to treat him as an elite insurance bench hold."

"Charbonnet worked in a near-even split with Kenneth Walker, with Walker turning in the more efficient performance. However, Charbonnet was still arguably responsible for the biggest play of the game, when he ripped off an impressive 27-yard rushing score late in the first quarter -- the only touchdown of the game for either team. Charbonnet closed the regular season in strong form, totaling 219 yards from scrimmage combined across his final two contests. He'll retain a key role for Seattle's playoff run, beginning in the divisional round."
