"Nailor played a slightly larger role in the Vikings' offense in the final year of his rookie contract after having a small breakout in 2024. He posted similar numbers, however, due to a dip in efficiency. That decline was probably mostly a product of general dysfunction in a Vikings passing offense that went from sixth in the league in yards in 2024 to 29th in 2025. He'll become a free agent this offseason, and he has further demonstrated that he can at least be a credible deep threat even if he's not a very physically-imposing one."

"Kincaid failed to clear 13.1 fantasy points in a single game last season, which is pretty hard to believe when you consider he handled a 20.3% target share (5.8 per game) in a Josh Allen-led offense that averaged 3.6 touchdowns per game (the highest ever by an Allen offense). Kincaid got seven-plus targets in six of 13 regular-season games, but never cleared 53 yards in a single outing and found the end zone only twice. He finished 15th at tight end in targets despite four missed games, but was 26th in catches and 28th in yards thanks to an ugly 59% catch rate and 6.0 YPT. Kincaid's pedigree (2023 first-rounder), heavy usage and the strong Buffalo offense provide hope for a Year 3 leap, but he's risky after such an underwhelming 2024. Consider him a fringe TE1."

"After missing Week 17 with a knee injury, Kincaid was able to log some reps even while the Bills rested most of their other key contributors in the regular-season finale. With the team's lack of a true No. 1 wide receiver, Kincaid could be called upon to play a pivotal role in the passing game during the playoffs if Buffalo is going to make a postseason run. "Johnson presumably sustained the injury at some point in Sunday's 35-8 win over the Jets, but the ankle issue didn't get in the way of the veteran running back turning in his best fantasy performance of the season. With the Bills resting several key players Week 18 -- including lead back James Cook, who played just two snaps -- Johnson and fellow backup Ray Davis took full advantage of the extra opportunities afforded to them. Johnson carried 13 times for 36 yards -- both season highs -- and a touchdown and chipped in two catches for 20 yards and another score on two targets. Assuming he can move past the ankle injury in advance of Sunday's wild-card game in Jacksonville, Johnson should continue to fill an important change-of-pace role behind Cook, though Johnson likely won't come close to matching the touch volume he received in the regular-season finale."
