"Waller ended his one-year retirement and was traded to the Dolphins in July. Once a fantasy star, Waller produced back-to-back top-3 fantasy campaigns during the 2019-20 seasons and was top 10 on a per-game basis the following two years. Of course, he just sat out an entire season, is set to turn 33 years old this fall, hasn't played more than 12 games in a season since 2020 and hasn't averaged double-digit fantasy points in a season since 2021. On the plus side, he has an easy path to snaps and targets and will be working in an offense that faces a ton of two-high looks and allowed Jonnu Smith to produce high-end TE1 numbers for most of 2024. Waller is worthy of late-round flier."


"Waller curiously took a back seat to Greg Dulcich in Week 17, who secured five of six targets for 58 yards and one touchdown. The share of offensive snaps handled by Waller (38 percent) and Dulcich (36 percent) was essentially even, while blocking specialist Julian Hill (60 percent) also caught one of his two targets for 16 yards. Waller stands to continue splitting pass-catching opportunities at the TE position with Dulcich when the Dolphins close out the regular season at New England in Week 18."

"Hill started the season on the reserve/PUP list after rehabbing a torn ACL suffered in December 2024. He ended the 2025 campaign with an injury, leaving late in the Week 18 loss to Atlanta with a right shoulder issue. The 36-year-old finished with his worst season-long stat line since 2018, and he's now played just 21 regular-season games over the last two years. Hill is set to become an unrestricted free agent, but it's unclear if he'll continue playing or choose to hang it up this offseason, as he told Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com in December that he would decide on his future "down the road." Whether he remains with New Orleans or joins a new team, Hill likely will not be a significant player in fantasy football moving forward."
