"Flowers is back for his third NFL season after posting very similar numbers in each of his first two campaigns. He was utilized downfield more in 2024 than he was as a rookie, which boosted his yardage total, but he saw a dip in catches and TDs. He's finished outside the top 20 receivers in receptions, TDs and fantasy points in both seasons and simply didn't have enough quality fantasy outings last season, as he scored 18-plus points five times (all prior to Week 10) and fewer than 12 points in 11 games. The 24-year-old is the No. 1 receiver in Baltimore's elite offense, but the scheme simply limits his fantasy ceiling. He's best valued as a good WR3."

"Flowers missed both of Baltimore's playoff games last year due to a right knee sprain sustained during the team's regular-season finale against Cleveland, but he didn't require surgery to address the issue and now appears back to full health. He'll work to take another step forward as the leader of the Ravens' wide receiver corps entering Year 3, after having tallied a 74-1,059-4 receiving line (on 116 targets) across 17 regular-season appearances in 2024. "Williams has reunited with the Chargers after spending the 2024 season with the Jets and Steelers. His one-year absence from Los Angeles didn't go well as, after being limited to a 12-166-0 receiving line in nine games with New York, he was shipped to Pittsburgh and produced a 9-132-1 line in nine games. Williams has never quite lived up to his first-round pedigree, having produced zero top-10 fantasy campaigns and only two better than 39th. The 30-year-old is no longer guaranteed a consistent share of the targets, with Ladd McConkey and perhaps Quentin Johnston and second-round rookie Tre Harris ahead of him on the depth chart. Williams is worth no more than a late flier."

"Williams was selected by the Chargers in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft and spent his first seven professional seasons with the organization, topping out at 76 catches for 1,146 yards and nine touchdowns during a career-best 2021 campaign. The Clemson product moved on to the Jets last offseason but struggled to produce and was traded to the Steelers in early November. Between his stints with the two clubs, Williams tallied a modest 21 catches on 34 targets for 298 yards and one touchdown over 18 games during the regular season.
